Shipping policy

 

At Salt Boutique Ulladulla our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter whether you live locally, regionally or interstate. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are packed locally in Ulladulla NSW within 24 hours after the order is placed. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our physical store to the destination. Pending your location and shipping selection (standard or express) items can take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Postage Rates

Standard parcel post delivery, $15.00

Express post delivery, $20.00

Pick up in-store, Free

Local delivery, upon request and at the discretion of Salt Boutique Ulladulla

Free shipping for orders over $200.00 *(conditions apply). Free freight will be automatically applied at the checkout. Shipping fee charged if item is returned. If your order is over $200.00 and qualifies for free freight, it will be sent to you by parcel post with Australia Post or other delivery services. 

Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled and sent, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.  If you are picking up in-store, you will also receive a confirmation email notifying you of order fulfillment which means your order is ready to pick up in-store during trading hours.

Salt Boutique Ulladulla is currently only shipping online orders within Australia.
